IDrovance ("IDrovance", "we", "us") provides managed IT, cybersecurity, AI workflow automation and specialist engineering services. This policy covers the website idrovance.com. Information we handle while delivering services to clients is covered by our client agreements and data processing agreement, not by this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, work email address, company name, company size, the service you are interested in and your message.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying or following you across other websites.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies, and we do not use advertising pixels, social media trackers or device fingerprinting.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you ask about.
• To prepare and deliver an assessment or proposal if you request one.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to understand overall usage (for example, which pages are visited most).
• To meet legal obligations.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked us to, or if the law allows it for an existing business relationship, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run IDrovance, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Google (Google Workspace): business email and storage of enquiries.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and cookieless analytics.

We may also share information with professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) under confidentiality, or where required by law. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client agreement applies. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

6. How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS with strict security headers. Enquiries are stored in our business systems, where access is limited to IDrovance staff who need it and every account is protected with multi-factor authentication.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@idrovance.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We honour these requests regardless of where you live, and we will not treat you differently for making one. We respond within 45 days.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track visitors across third-party websites. Because this site uses no tracking cookies or advertising technology, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site works for you.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
